 Heineken USA

       Heineken’s annual summer concert was booked and produced by Formula 306. The Heineken House Party took place in Jamaica in 2003 and 2004 and featured an amazing line up of national and international artists; India.Arie, Damian Marley, The Roots, Beenie man, YING YANG Twins, Jermaine Dupri, Pitbull, etc.

 MTV Networks

       Formula 306 is contracted by the media giant, MTV Networks to create live music solutions for their extensive portfolio of music television channels. The company is consulting and producing events and campaigns for MTV, MTV2, Tres and Urge.

The principal of Formula 3/06 has created and/or produced an impressive number of MTV and MTV2 projects; MTV2 $2 Bill, VMA Marketing events such as the VMA BLOCK PARTY in Miami which featured Lil Jon, Ciara, Anthony Hamilton, to name a few. The two day event attracted over 14K people and was a tremendous platform for VMA sponsors; Saturn, Pepsi and HP.

The main principals of the company were directly responsible for the creation of HOTEL VMA during the 2005 VMA’s. The location became the launching pad for the event and was extremely successful as the exclusive destination for music fans and celebrities. The hotel was completely transformed into a live music haven with multi stages, night clubs, celebrity appearances and live events.



 The Power Summit

       In 2005, Formula 306 brokered a deal with THE POWER SUMMIT, the premier Hip Hop conference in the world to host the Heineken House Party. The line-up featured reggae/pop superstar Sean Paul, Atlantic Records heavy hitter, Baby Cham, along with Richie Spice, De La Soul, Black Sheep, and the Native Tongue Crew.
